What motivates you to succeed?
Let's be honest. Money motivates most people. When I studied for many, many years in college (I was in the 8 year program), I knew that I would be able to find a job that would provide financial security. Once I graduated college and was ready to find a job, I felt like I didn't want to leave school. I also didn't want to work some boring desk job, either. So, I figured, I'll give teaching a shot. I may have been slightly motivated by the idea of having summers off.... And now I realized this job was my destiny!
I still find myself motivated by money- I am pursuing my Master's degree because I would like a pay increase, but I also love to improve myself. Even though taking classes in the evening is stressful, I want to learn to be a better teacher.
It's hard to read the line in the poster above, but check out this site to see all the hilarious demotivators.

Cats vs. Dogs
If there is one thing you must know about me, it is that I am an animal lover. I grew up with many pets and couldn't wait to have my own place so that I could have a dog. Well, that turned into three dogs and two cats and now we are one big happy family- me, my boyfriend, my three pit bull mixes, and my two cats. If I simply must choose- I am a dog person. I just love taking my dogs places, although one misbehaves so much that I can't take him out without causing a scene. That's alright- there is always one crazy member in a family, right?
